Michelle Snyman

Founder, Managing Director, Shareholder
Michelle Snyman, our Founder, Managing Director and Shareholder, holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria. With close to two decades experience in the staffing and recruitment industry she has led, developed, and driven the performance of various recruitment and talent acquisition teams across multiple areas in the commercial market. Michelle has a strategic and operational understanding of the recruitment industry and partnering with clients on building their talent pipeline. As the Head of Talent for our South African business she also focuses on developing our international footprint.

Talent and Marketing Administrator
Bianca Roos, our Talent and Marketing Administrator, manages all aspects of admin operations and marketing. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Marketing, Bianca blends creative design expertise with solid business acumen. She supports our Managing Director with all compliance and business-related requirements as well as managing all digital marketing initiatives.

Majority Shareholder, Director
Makgoka Ramasenya, our majority Shareholder and Director holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, a Certificate in Project Management and is currently pursuing her final year BCompt: Financial Accounting degree. She is energetic and dynamic, and her drive is a perfect fit for the company. Makgoka is also a co-founder of our sister company. IKAPA RESOURCES (PTY) LTD, a successful company operating in the Oil & Gas Industries.

Andries Joubert, our Director and Co-founder holds an Engineering Degree and comes with 36 years of experience in the Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas industries, which include being the General Manager of several companies during the span of his career. He is also the Co-founder of our sister company IKAPA RESOURCES (PTY) LTD.
