A fast?growing US e?commerce brand is seeking an experienced candidate to step into the role of its sole sales representative and become the point of contact for customers across the US and Canada. No more grinding through endless cold outreach – this role is powered by warm, inbound leads from marketing channels who already know what they want. Your job? Close them with confidence. Work fully remote, while showcasing your sales mastery.
What You Will Do:
- Close warm inbound leads (70%+ of your activity)
- Guide customers through product selection, asking discovery questions, and overcoming objections
- Draft accurate quotes and follow structured sales SOPs
- Manage ongoing customer relationships
- Contribute to customer service and occasional marketing projects
- Work independently, proactively, and always with excellence
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience closing sales online or over the phone
- Experience selling to US / UK clients
- Fluent in English due to the US customer-facing nature
- Tech savvy
- Good ability to build rapport instantly
- Self?starter who takes initiative and learns fast
- Must be able to work US Central Time business hours (Monday–Friday) – 15:30-00:30 SAST (includes 1 hour lunch break)
Compensation and Perks:
- Fully remote – work from anywhere in South Africa
- 20 days PTO + 10 company holidays
- On target earnings (OTE) $2000 to $2400 (R30 000 to R38 000) depending on experience and performance
